How do set google analytics goals ?

    i have using Google analytic tools,but i not set goals yet . so please suggest how i do set goals ? why its importunate ? ...

    Firsly Go in settings then click on ADD Goal, where you can set three types of Goals:
    1.) URL Destination
    2.) Time on site
    3.) Pages/Visits
