I got a new task of German language website SEO. I want expert opinion, how to start work?
How do keyword research?
How do on-page seo?
How do off-page seo?

There are often English results mixed in with country specific Google results, and that is also for Google Germany. So even doing standard SEO on an English site will give you access to the search engine. I've marketed to multiple languages, and the only thing I've done differently is to translate the content.

 

You do the same stuff as always. In my opinion most important is to be familiar with the language. Otherwise problems start with keyword research and continue with translation and backlink outreach.

 

If i go to write articles in English language and translate it German language though Google translator. What is your opinion about it?

You can use Ahrefs for your competitor's activities. And move on with a plan for your German site. Make good keyword research. And focus on content marketing strategies. You will get result easily. And ulimit solution is hiring an SEO worker.

I would always recommend Keyword Planner. Original data directly from google. Everything else is too complicated.

 

This is definitely a questionable option. If that is all your budget allows, that's what you do. But if you can afford to hire someone to translate, much better. Because Google translate can't compare to a native German writer in quality.
