How do search engines pick up ebay listings?

    I noticed that search engines pick up ebay listings - is this automatic based on keyword or is it manually done by the ebay seller please? :confused:

    Some ebay sellers have stores and add url of listing to them. They also might have rss feeds on some site and list it.

    Anything they can do to get it listed helps. I am sure some listings are picked up by search engines but most are not.

    I got a store, What i did was get backlinks to my store and hey presto search engine listings. :)
