How do others get in rejected keywords

I am in the auto industry and would love to use BMW Engine in adwords but it always gets rejected. I tried {keyword:Foreign Engine} hoping the keyword would bring in BMW keyword but no luck and only default shows up. If i put in BMW in ad it goes into pending status for days and eventually gets rejected. However I notice others seem to get it in. Example is in bmw transmission. They manage to get in BMW Transmission keyword where I get rejected. Are they using a dynamic insert that is getting past the approval process while mine get rejected? Is there a trick that I am missing?

You can request an exception to get the key word approved. This will work for trademark keywords as well, as long as the trademark owner agrees.

Get permission from the trademark owner. They are the one's with the final say. You then submit to Google and you're in business.
