How do MFA sites drive traffic from adwords

    I want to know how MFA sites drive traffic from Adwords.

    I guess they bid the least and they get the traffic mainly from content network.

    Can anyone help me out on how to get large amount of traffic from content network and bidding the least.

    Note: Not for a MFA site.
