How do market a pen pal website?

Twitter is actually a great source for marketing. Have you spread out your marketing effort on twitter over several days?

 

Twitter is a great source right now, as it is still new, so get in now and spread yourself amount the twiiters.

 

i see it going out as quick as it came in... so def take advantage while u still can

 

Creating group in facebook should help, you can also use other functionality their for promotion.
