    I have a site that is 3000 unique html pages. All 3000 have PR from PR 2 to PR 4.

    Yet, Google has only indexed 400 pages????

    Why?????

    I submitted a sitemap yesterday. WHy doesn't Google go to the entire site anymore???? IT used to.

    Get more inbound links, also get links to your inner pages and sitemap. Putting a link in you signature here would likely help also.
