How do it do this on Twitter?

    As you can see in the Tweet they've taken the video from someones post but also credited them, how do they do this, I've tried to replicate it by quoting a RT but I'm missing something that I assume is very very basic....

    I dont understand, it looks like a usual RT to me.

    Maybe this will explain better, the first (Tweet1.jpg) is an example of what I'm trying to achieve when the Coral a/c has used the same video as 101 goals, but when I RT I cannot replicate it, Tweet2.jpg is when I do a simple RT, Tweet3.jgp is when I RT and quote. But in Tweet 1 they appear to have RT and quote and got the video to play. So you in their version you do not have to click in to see the video it just plays.
