I want to purchase a domain that is $750 dollars but I am not sure if it has been banned from google or if it has never been a part of its index ( never made into a site). Is there a way to check this? I have typed the search function: site:www.DomainName.com nothing appears in google search results I have also used the iwebtool google ban checker and it says: "No results found, attempting a different look-up... The domain name has no PageRank value, it is LIKELY to be banned. The domain name has no records with Google. It is either new or MAY BE banned." so I'm wondering if the domain was never made into a site and thats why its not showing up, or if it has actually been banned? Does anyone know if go daddy lists banned domains, or do they only list non-banned domains? Any Tools I can use to verify whether not this domain is good to go would be greatly appreciated thank in advance
Search the domain name in Google. A banned domain will return the result "Sorry, no information is available for ......." Use the Waybackmachine at Internet Archive. This allows you to see archived pages from the past and view old Web pages. This can help determine why a domain might have been banned in the past.
