Hi Everyone, I would like to be able to verify some stats and adsense revenue, stated by the domain owner. Is there any independent way to do this? The seller has provided screen caps of adsense and Google Analytics, but as we all know these can be photoshopped. Is there a reliable domain escrow service? nope - no way to verify this - in fact, even if he gives you direct access to his Google Analytics account, there's still tons of room for tricking you or cheating you (for instance if he puts the same analytics code on multiple different sites, they will all add up and show more traffic data than the individual site he's selling you.). The same goes for adsense - you can put the same adsense code on multiple different websites - so just showing you some screenshots and stats is pretty useless. Honestly, there is so much fraud in markets like Flippa right now.
