    use h1 tag on blog title in home page and post title in item / static_page

    I agree with Mocaz partially, however the way Blogger is set up it's already pretty well optimized for Google. Best to just leave ti alone. :) I know from experience.

    Do you mean how to make one?

    If it's HTML you can use this code <H1>enter your word here</H1>. For example <H1>Baby Sitting</H1>. You can only do this in HTML editor not the visual editor.
