How do I use DoubleClick to show different tags to different locations?

    I've been trying to work out how to use DoubleClick but it is very complex.

    I'd like to have an ad spot that changes ad tag depending on the viewers location.
    I have 2 ad tags from Sovrn, one I'd like to show to viewers in USA, one I'd like to show to the rest of the world.
    How can I use DoubleClick to do this?

    You have to create a line item, campaign, then target it to the placement / ad tag you would like it to run on. Then you apply your tags from Sovrn to the campaign / line item.
