    You submit your urls, select proper category, describe tags relevant to the topic covered in the page which is being submitted, vote for pages bookmarked by your friends, tell them about the pages you bookmark, join relevant groups....

    Do social bookmarking in only some of the famous websites like sqidoo,reddit,stumbleupon.Try to select the relevant category after login and post your url with proper title as well as description.:)

    Please log in any of the social Bookmarking site you will find in about us or help section how to use that site, better you read the terms and condition before use. It's very simple you need to register after you will be able to create your profile, you can join group and can make friend you can post your topic with url
