How do I upload my own video to Wordpress blog?

    Hay Guys, I would like to know how would I go about uploading my own video to my wordpress blog.? Is their a plugin for that.?

    I'm not talking about youtube embedded codes...

    I always found either a youtube embed or just uploading it to my host and then a hotlink embed worked but were a pain. If anyone knows of a plugin that would be great!
