When uploading a picture from the middle of the "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" to Flickr and then from Flickr to another target, is there a way remove or eliminate the "Window and Fax Viewer" heading and the tool bar footer at the bottom of the "Windows and Fax Viewer frame"? In other words, how do I send just the contents of a photo from Flickr? For example, I may soon be utilizing Ebay for selling, and I don't want the merchandise image to include that ugly Windows Picture and Fax Viewer Frame. BTW I sent an inquiry to Flickr Help about this issue, but the Help page hints that replies to Email are not a priority
