If direct bank transfer is supported in your country then login to your paypal account and go to withdraw. Look around the options and you'll find the links to withdraw the money to bank account. Make sure bank transfer is supported in your country. Also, go through the FAQs at PayPal's official website.

its really easy... what i do is login to my paypal and then goto my withdraw page where i have several withdraw options... one of the option says Bank withdraw... i click there and it then take me to a another page where i have to enter the amount that i am going to withdraw and as soon as i am done, paypal will wire the money to your bank after 6 days... but in my case it take 7 or 8 days...

To set up your PayPal account for the withdraw to bank account feature you just need to enter your "ARH" or Automated Clearinghouse Number (routing number) and your account number. PayPal requires you to verify your account by accepting two small deposits and then verifying the deposit amounts via their automated system. I'm not entirely sure how this works outside of the United States but I believe you should have something similar to the American ARH number. If all else fails, PayPal can help via their support feature or you can request a check. Best of luck to you!
