You will need to obtain a transfer code and make sure the name is unlocked on the current register and everything else is done on the new register so check with them on the transfer procedure.
I understand that you only want to transfer the domain to another webhost, correct? or do you want to change registrar?? these are two totally different scenarios. only to another webhost, you login with your registrar and go to the change DNS settings there you enter the DNS (domain name server) address, given to you by your new webhost and that will point now your traffic to the new webhost. If changing registrar see explanation previous, but the first 60 days of a new domain name you cannot change registrars. also, never have the domain name registered with your webhost. It's a NO_NO. If problems you could be held hostage by that company, all in one, no good.
1. Please let us know who is your current domain registrar. The transfer procedure can vary from registrar to registrar. 2. If you want to just use your same domain but your site is hosted on different server now then you don't need to transfer the domain, you just need to change the DNS on your domain.

So you basically changing hosting companies. This is what you do... When you signup with your new hosting company, you would be given something known as nameservers. Most of them are in the form: ns1.hostdomainname.tld ns2.hostdomainname.tld Now login into your domain admin panel (one provided by your domain registrar); look for some area which may allow you to change/modify/edit nameservers and DNS settings. Enter your two new nameservers in this area and save them. Next login into your hosting account (mostly cPanel, direct admin, plesk) and look for an area labeled as addon domains, parked domains, subdomains. Enter parked domains and park your domain urimageupload.com here. Wait for at least 48 hours in order to view your new website. Reply here if you need more info
