How do I tell Google all my pages are identical?

My site takes a parameter on the URL line, "?name=hex_number" or "?random", but these get indexed by Google as separate pages, although they are basically all the same. Can I tell Google they are, so everyone who links to me effectively gets counted by Google as pointing to just the one top-level page http://mybuddhistname.com , so my inbound link count is not diluted.

You can use url rewrites. Just google "url rewrite" and you'll get a ton of info.
