How do I take website content and make an RSS feed?

I have a website that has many user submitted reviews and I am looking to create an RSS feed to put on to websites such as feedburner.com. My question is, I have 500+ links I need to put on to the feed, and don't want to type them all in manually into an RSS feed. Are there any programs out there, where i can type in a URL and it pulls the data from the page and displays it in proper RSS/XML format?

    Thanks!
