How do I submit yahoo local listing?

    Hi friends,

    I want to submit my business in yahoo local listing. How do I submit? because, I had to try submit in yahoo local, but its only USA states only there. How can I submit Chennai local business listing in yahoo? the same problem for MSN local listing. Please anyone help me.
