Submitting your site to Bing is very simple. Just go to http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ and start submitting your sites and the xml sitemap. It does take bing a lot longer to rank sites, however. They seem to depend on age much more than Google and Yahoo do. Unfortunately, Yahoo is switching all of their listings to Bings

 

Simply if you want to submit your site information into Bing , then go this url http://www.bing.com/webmaster/SubmitSitePage.aspx and submit it.
Dont submit more than once. there is no use of submitting again and again

 

Better you optimize your website for Bing.. Dont use paid inclusion.. Read here for bing optimization.

i have submit to bing webmaster and bookmark on bookmarking site, but bing only indexing my first page. What the problem? What difference from google?

To submit your sitemap in Bing webmaster just sign up Bing webmaster. In my opinion it not gives traffic. It only helpful for indexing and to find out crawl error.

 

just search something new word when bing find no result then it will ask to submit the site.
