Posting this in general chat because I am not sure what category it falls under. DP search for the title did not return desired results.

I have another batch of $100 Ad Word coupon codes to give away free. How do I stop the scam artist from India from requesting them? They are only good for new accounts in the USA and Canada. Last time I had mostly fake people requesting them. Sorry but they were mostly from India. Using proxy and redirected ip address. What is a bullet proof way of making sure I am sending the coupon codes to legit users?

I did not use my previous post when I advertised them because every scam artist who replied last time is probably tracking that thread.

New rules for coupons is that you have to use 25 dollars of your own money before credit is applied. Perhaps that will slow down the fake people? Who knows. I give these coupons away free. I do not want people receiving them and then trying to sell for a profit. They are FREE for legit people wanting to run an Ad Word campaign.

Maybe Shawn or one of the mods has an answer?
    Thanks for any advice.

No clue... Not a business I'm in, so never thought about it. I guess you could mail the coupons to them to make sure they go to a US/Canada address or something?

Thanks for the reply Shawn. Yes that is one way of doing it. Bit of a pain in the back-end though. Would have to be a Canadian or USA address then. I have the codes on my panel. It just ticks me these phony wanna be American or Canadian. lol Actually I will try G+ I think. The profiles there are more likely to be true.
