Guys do you have any ideas about this to avoid, is it email company problem or my message problem..

    Waiting for your reply..

That happens with my email for my website when I reply to people I get emails from them saying that they are either waiting for a response or are asking if I got their previous email.

And sometimes it is a problem because they are important emails.

    Is there a fix?

    Hello,

I'm assuming that this question is about Outlook 2003's Junk Mail handling.

There are two important steps you should take:

    * When you find email in your junk mail that is not junk, right click on it's line in the list, select Junk E-mail, and Mark as Not Junk. You'll then have the opportunity to add the sender or the address they sent to to a "safe" list so that they'll not be marked as junk in the future.
*Visit Office Update regularly. One of the things they update is the junk mail filter, and I've seen it improve in accuracy over time.

    Hope this helps!!! :D

What Email Program are you using? Different options here. You might want to create a black and a whitelist or add those people to your adressbook and make them "non-junk" :) This is actually the best solution. Right click will give you this option as well as coffeecup sugested with his nice post. Same thing for Thunderbird. TB is easier though and less buggy then OE. Might wanna consider changing?
    Cheers
