How do I specify exactly which ad I want in a certain topic on my forum?

OK, so one of my topics in my message board is pretty high up in the search engines. Is there any way that I can get google adsense to display a banner that specifically relates to that topic? The topic is about a specific diet pill, and there are websites abound selling it....however I don't know if it's more lucrative to become an affiliate of someone who sells it?

I get about 45 google organic referrals to this diet pill topic daily, and about 75 page views a day.

Without the topics looking weird, it will display if its going to, but you cant exact any ad.

You can't tell google to specify a select banner showing a particular ad in your page. However, you have more chances to get a kind of ad displayed in the banner if your contents revolve around a particular type of keyword :)
