Paypal is a good starting point. It's easy to use and you can upgrade to use some of its more advanced features if necessary...

Mind you, the PayPal specs for all types of integration are inconsistent and sometimes contradicting to each other, because the company has had several owner transfers. So, indeed, PayPal seems like an easy option, but be prepared to fight with 'tiny' nuances.

PayPal and 2Co they are 3rd party payment processors which can help u auto billing and allows u to accept credit/debit card payments, so u do not need to buy custom or paid script/tools.

2Co one time fee is 49$ for setting up account while paypal is FREE, its a merchant account not a payment processor.

iVerified.com is perfect for your needs also. You can signup for an account immediately. This way you can check their account out. It is really easy to set yourself up with it. Easy for beginners.

Are you running any CMS for your website? Example, Wordpress? There maybe plugins for PayPal that can help you create (integrate) the payment processing faster and easier
