How do I setup multiple pages for 1 post on wordpress?

Some of the articles I do are going to be like 5 pages long. I'd like to set it up to where you can click the snippet on the home page, which takes you to the article page, and on there there's a navigation menu/dropdown/links for the five page long article. Each page should still have the comments for the entire article at the bottom.

Is there a plugin for wordpress to do this or would I need to do it by hand? Or is the best way just to have five separate posts and link to each? (which I'd rather not do bc it messes up the flow)

I think this is what you're talking about for the post numbers?

I'm not sure how you would do what you want in your first question, unless you are just willing to either a) do it statically or b) wait for someone who knows PHP to come in here and tell you.

Sorry I can't fully help, good luck! :)

looks like that should do the trick for now. I guess I'm going to have to really start learning to code to do the things I'm after. +rep
