Hey Guys, I am looking to set up @mydomain.com webmail for my staff. I already have 2 email address formyself and I simply use pop3 and it goes to my gmail.com, but I dont want to do that for my staff. I want them to log into www.mail.mydomain.com and access their mail and address book like that. I also want to be able to moderator their emails. How do I set this up? Thanks a million!
There is no way to moderate their emails unless you have their passwords and you check the emails received in them You can use google apps for email services under your domain. refer: google.com/a/
If you have cpanel, then create email accounts for your staff, then they should be able to login with the info you created in the cpanel @ webmail.mydomain.com, if the link dont work then look into the email accounts feature in cpanel, their should be an url option. (cpanel webmail is also called squirrelmail)
