How do I set up an event goal to measure if an embedded YouTube video was played?

I run an ecommerce site, www.buylighters.com, and I'd like to set up a goal that shows if a users played a YouTube video (maybe that tracks if they watched it for more than 10 seconds).. How would I set up the _trackEvent on my web page?
