How do I set this up?

    I have a form I want people to fill out. When they click on the link I'd like the form to open in a pop-up window that is just the size of the form. I'm not sure how to do this. I know how to have things open in a new window but I just want this to be a small box, not a whole browser window. Any suggestions?

    Here's a sample template for your pop up window. Change 500/500 to whatever width/height you want.
