    Hello, I would suggest you to remove the main menu and make the header smaller, use the font size 9px to 10px Arial in menu so that you have a single line menu. Now more than 40% of top space is covered with your menu and header ad, this violates google's above-the-fold policy. Also, change the font because that bold font all over the content is not user friendly.

    You have too many ads above the fold. Also, I have always found 728x90 and 160x600 convert better than 300x250.
