I need some help, I want to send money ($99) to someone online, I have a paypal account aswell, but the problem is the person who I want to send money too, cant signup for a paypal because his accounts locked. Is thier another way around this? I tried escrow and moneybookers but they dont accept paypal as a method of payment.

Is their any site or way which allows me to send $99 to someones email (like moneybookers). But I want to use my paypal as a form of payment.

    Thanks.

There is no such company who would do that. The best way for you would be to withdraw those 99 dollars to your bank account and then again upload it to moneybookers.

If this is a thread of you indirectly asking for someone to exchange currencies - this forum forbids that.

    Good luck

Just mail the person to contact paypal, they are really helpful and will do the needful.

So far it was not possible to switch money from one to another but recently I found this e-moneymove.com. I don't have experience of using it.

Withdraw the money that you have inside your paypal account and use WesternUnion to send it to your friend. If there's no other way to do that then you simply can't use any. Wny not sign up for Moneybookers and use it to fund your mate?

Just withdraw your money on your bank account and then send the money to that person.

If none of the above options work. You may want to try adding his bank information. Do a direct deposit into his account from your paypal. Once its done remove his account information from your account.

Has worked for me in the past.
