Hello, I have a domain name registered at GoDaddy and I'd like to sell it. I have actually no idea how should I sell it. NameCheap.com had a cool push -function that I used when I sold domains, but with GoDaddy... I'm lost
look for the "change account" function in your account. it's pretty easy, actually. the new owner must have a godaddy account - of course.
even Godaddy have Free Push thingy (infact most/every Registrar do) all u have to do is Go to Domains Tab on top and then select Transfer domains to Godaddy from the drop down menu and then I hope u know what do to next enjoy
Does this apply to one domain. I do not want to change my whole account, because I have other domains, too.
no prob. just check mark the domain you want to sell/transfer and you will be prompted for the new owners "info." the most important thing - get their email address right. godaddy will send them an email asking them to accept the domain... *** i can't remember exactly at the moment, but you may want to look for a "pending account change" section under "my domains" too. you may have to confirm the account change there / as may the new owner. *** not 100% on this - i may be thinking of a "registrar transfer." GOOD LUCK. mike
This is how to push with Godaddy: Log into your GoDaddy account, check the box next to the domain you want to push in the domain list. Next, choose the Change Account option (middle button in the top row of the nine above the domain list) and initiate the account change using the information of the account holder to which you are pushing the domain. The details you will need are as follows: Organization: First Name: Last Name: Address: City: State: Zip code: Country: Tel: Fax: Email:
Don't sell it - just give me your acc# and password and I'll push it to my account All you have to do is sit back and relax - I'll take care of everything!
Okay Godaddy host all my domains they have good support I would send them an email in full detail go ahead and sign up for a free account then they will answer all your questions their" good luck!
