How do i sell a website?

    If i own the domain name, and im currently paying a monthly fee for the hosting, how do i tranfer over ownership?

    Can someone with experience please give me a list of steps i take when someone has agreed to purchase a website?

    I don't really understand what you mean...

    I am selling the domain name and content if thats you you mean.

    I just need a step by step insruction on how to tranfer ownership of the whole website.

    If you sold it for a large amount of money, I would use escrow.com to conduct the sale at. I used it for selling a website of mine. Otherwise, just accept a PayPal payment and transfer the domain name to the new owner and give him/her the FTP information for the files.

    I'm not getting it. Let me try again: I have a website, i own the domain name and im paying for the hosting.
    After someone buys it, how do i tranfer the website to someone else, including the payment and stuff? If at all possible, please give me a step by step intruction, such as:

    1) first step

    2) second step

    3) third step
