GRRRRRRRRR. I feel like kicking alertpay. Their site is so non-user friendly. I started a dispute and the other person responded but how do I respond to them? There's nowhere for me to put my ticket ID and they havent sent me any links to the ticket?? Please help before I go mad. Thanks
No do not send and email you will be waiting week for a reply. Call them that's the only why I have ever be able to find an answer. Buy some Skype minutes and call them it will be cheap that way and you can get an answer right away.
