how do I request to edit my personal information from Alexa

    Hello,
    I changed my personal information for my website last two weeks from Alexa and my personal info is still there today.
    I also sent them an email to request for that 2 weeks ago but no effect.

    Do you recommend any way to have my personal info there removed or edited? I used my privacy on my domains but don't know why they got it there.

    It appears as though Alexa gets its information by Dmoz (don't cry)...

    Otherwise, you might have to just wait for Alexa to auto-update. I doubt that any single person from Alexa is going to do anything for you.

    Yes, if you have changed your information, you better keep watch, they will updated that automatically.

    My site is not listed on dmoz (unfortunately). They said they will update within one week.
