How do I report?

    How would I report a scammer for stealing my vb license..and not getting the money I was promised for it to my paypal..

    Commandos I sold her my vb license and she claims im a scammer she took my vb license..

    Now I don't have one now cuz of her... I have PM proof! Just get an admin to login to my account and check my PM's its all there!
