How do I report a SCAM?

I paid one guy $200 for a link and once he got the money he doesn't answer my pms anymore

How do I report him?

I see that you have already given him a negative Itrader. The moderators here do not get involved in personal disputes, as you may already be knowing.

Most of the link threads that he has created say permanent. Did he remove your link ? Only yours or that of others too ?

He was online recently. His profile shows that.

No response to e-mails and IM messages too ?

 

Try sending an email to the seller before jumping the gun. Not everyone works on weekends.

 

Report his posts,give him a neg itrader,start a thread to against him,just like this one,tell other people that he is a scammer.

 

- itrade and red him. Try using charge back. Nothing more.

 

The itrader is for bad trades.

At least from now, try to check the user's reputation and itraders before making a deal.
Although the user had not had any -ve before you made a deal, you should take all kind of safety measures while making deals.
And moderators can not involve in personal disputes.

I noticed that all of his trades include PR link sales, and one of them gave him one regarding the thread you got "scammed" in, are you sure that he's a scammer ??

im not taking his side, but perhaps there might have been a misunderstanding in the operation.

 

You're pretty much screwed, since thered rep and other forum stuff means...nada.

It certainly looks unprofessional on his part, given that you posted twice in his thread.

The rest of the guys seem to be pleased with him ( his Itrader suggests that he did put up the links for them)

I'm not labelling him a scammer here, but I do hope that he contacts you soon and resolves the matter.

 

yes wisdomtool is right... just give a -ve itrader and move on.... there is nothing you can do after you get scammed.... i got scammed few years ago.... and there is nothing i can do... its really sad that people scam....

Yep. Negative Rep And Itrader always do the trick!

 

Actually it doesnt do any trial. Just the next dealers get aware of the fact that the dealer has got some bad itrader due to some scam or bad business
