How do I remove this red 'unpaid' digit in my postbit?

I bought some articles the other day - paid through the listing, but seller told me he didn't receive it (paypal marked payment as pending), so I cancelled it, and paid through another address he specified.

I'm guessing that's the reason I have this red 1 plastered on my postbit. How do I get rid of it without paying the guy twice?

You can't. The way not to get it in the first place is to pay using the Buy It Now button within the sales thread. If you don't you get that red "unpaid" number.

There must be a way round it? Now it looks like I'm an unreliable buyer, where as the reason it's there is because the seller specified an incorrect paypal address for the thread. Is it permanent?

If the seller specified the wrong email, he should fix it by putting the right address. :)
