How do I remove System antivirus 2008?

    Have downloaded a few software to remove this but Spybot, Spyware doctor and Smitfraudfix seems unable to do this.

    What FREE software should I use?

    Formatting your drive will do best. Dont go for any other spyware or malware removing software. They will only increase your problem.

    Or did it... Check my signature link. There have been many fake anti-virus programs that actually inject a spyware. Im trying to compile a complete list of links of bad and good FREE software.

    If you want to remove antivirus from your computer which have been downloaded by you than go to control panel of your computer , than add/remove programme and than remove it. it is as simple as that.

    Before downloading any antivrus/spyremover, always read reviews on the google. Because most of the Spyware removal programs come with spyware:(

    I always used Lavasoft Adaware, but it doesnt remove all spyware(and it also comes with spyware, people say)

    Always check control panel/software first to see if the spyware is on the unistall list!

    Have you tried the suggestions we gave you? If you have tried my first suggestion and if it has not worked you can try this: do system restore and restore your computer to a date before you downloaded your anti virus.
