Here is what Google says: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/topic.py?topic=8459 Is there any other way?
You can send Google an email request but they certainly won't respond to it. What's wrong with the methods listed on this page? http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35301&topic=8459 This is very common and basic methods - why do you want another way for?
You can follow the instructions here http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=61062
I don't think that people at Google will read you mail about link removal or answer your phone calls. There is a page removal tool so it is better to use the tool. Few days after the request the page will be gone from Google index.
Thanks to everyone specially sem-advance. http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=61062 was what I was actually looking for.
