    I think you guys talking about different things. As I understand he changed the DNS for his domain name in the Domain CP but it still seems to point to former IP.

    IF windows 7 is your OS please follow the below steps to clear your DNS Cache.
    1.Go to start manu
    2.write cmd or go to command prompt
    3. Just Right clicking command prompt select run as administrator
    4.after that run the command: ipconfig /flushdns
    If the command is successful the message comes : ?
