How do I redirect certain country traffic to my CPA offer?

    Hi. I have a niche autoblog that send me great traffic from visitors based on: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
    Because my autoblog content sucks I want to redirect all traffic coming from those 3 countries to a CPA offer.
    Please tell me what is the correct PHP script to use coz I am a total noob when it comes to PHP.

    Your help would be highly appreciated.

    I need something free. I cant afford to pay now. I know there are some simple PHP script. I searched on Google for them but most of them were not working.
