    I guess the question wasn't how to monetize your site, but the actual procedure of reapplying to AdSense, if you have another site.

    I guess Adsense is the best in monetization, but as I see you've faced a lot of troubles, so you can look around for some alternatives. try some other international networks, Neverblue, Epom Market etc.

    You can want to reapply for google adsense just follow these step; at fast fill sidebar & again fill it recent post, popular post & niche releted nice looking photo.Then reapply for googole AdSense.I hope you are approved now.

    IMO according to adsense terms and contions once you are banned ,you cant re-apply on your name and with same website which it got banned.Read everything before applying again so that you dont get rejected.
