How do I rank well in Bing

My sites currently rank well in Google and Yahoo, but not that well in bing, what does bing look for in determining there serps, my sites have original content and a range of links coming in, any ideas guys

 

Bing according to me prefers keyword rich domains

 

Bing is really bad for newly created pages. There are no separate or different guidelines for Bing.

 

get backlinks from sites having maximum MSN backlinks

 

Bing focuses more on the onsite SEO. I've had three sites that came in the top ten results on Bing.com but failed to crack the top 40 on Google, and in all cases I found out that onsite SEO was the determining factor. While backlinks etc. were low onsite SEO was on par and Bing rewarded for that

 

I am facing same problem with my www.indiaseospecialist.com. this site is performing well in google, yahoo but this site is not showing single result in MSN. plz suggest solution..

really? so we need to work with different strategies to conquer all SE.

 

my personal exp. says Bing prefers on page optimization more than other factors

i think content is more important for bing .i got good rank from bing if i update my sites before that they index less ..but i think there will more factors that bing serps consider in ranking

 

I think Bing follow all rule of major search engines. I promoted on Google but yahoo and bing ranked automatically.

 

Bing is quite similiar to google in terms of rankings.. Both emphasizes more on quality keyword rich content, strong relevant backlinks and domain age..

 

You should wait some days more before using bing.

 

Working well with Bing does not matter because few people use it. If you get good search results in Google then, eventually, Bing will catch up without you having to do any additional work. Then, the few people who do use Bing will see your links.

 

On Page Optimization is important, of course. Properly sprinkle your keywords throughout your copy. Basically, optimize your page for Google and you will automatically end up optimizing it for Bing.

 

I think it's all about keywords, and this is very similar for Yahoo! as well.

 

why r u not promote your site for google..? its a major search engine & all other search engine are following google. so, if u promote google then other search engine automatically promote by the rules of search engines.

 

Bing's search algorithm is different to those of Google's and Yahoo's algorithms, so figure out what the differences are and act on it.

 

get some blogger backlinks to yours inner pages and you will see the rankings after

 

SEOing your site in Bing?

As far as I know, Bing algorithm is more straightforward. links/anchor texts = ranking for that anchor text. And Bing like an older domain, unique content, good neighborhood and relevant text in key HTML tags.

 

I get very less traffic from Bing. 80% of my blog traffic comes from google.
