    Just to confirm, do you mean a pop up window?

    If so, just design a standard pop up using javascript, php or whatever and then place the aweber form code within that window.

    I have coded a popup that does not disturbs browsers in scriptaculous. It is dregable or movable, as it is called. If you would like to have it for free, just let me know.
