    Bing like google has their own version of webmaster tools that you can use to submit your site and get it index into bing.

    The best way is to create sitemaps for your blog. Other way is as said by @OfficialRTS submit your site at http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster

    You can add a sitemap to your site by the way go to bing webmaster seo tools.
