There's really nothing for you to do other than monitor your account for suspicious activity and mail AdSense support when you see attempted click-bombing or whatever. Google's algorithms handle much of the click fraud automatically, anyhow, but if you're co-operative and proactive about it then you won't have any trouble keeping your account.

If you suddenly get a rise in daily clicks [E.G] 500% more clicks than usual, and no rise in traffic, i would contact adsense.

the system is stable. mechanisms are in place to keep it stable. you should not worry.

being active and showing your good intentions to google as eric and tanna said is not gonna hurt.

but overall, keep in mind that the system has been made to work, and even if it is not foolproof it's difficult to fool it. this stability is your best protection. no worries then.

You can install AdLogger on your server: http://www.adlogger.org/index.php/Main_Page
It's free, and you can customize it. That system detect repeated clicks from same IP and then stop sending ads for that IP. Also you can use it for tracking your ads.
