How do I promote my new social network? Rss feeds? etc?

    Hello,

    Ive created a network for people to share there stories. You can visit the site at MyLifeIsDone. Now this is a static website but it has posts. How can i auto generate a RSS feed so i can share that with people?

    Ive never messed with static sites so what are some ways to let google crawl it frequently like blogs?

    any ideas?
