How do I promote my humor blog!

I advice you to add it to popular social bookmarking sites first.
Then use its link in forums and other blogs.
Do link exchange with other blog owners.

You can join humor forums to post links as well...there are tons of em. Ebaumsworld forum will bring you some decent traffic!
