How Do I Promote A Link?

    I would like to promote an affiliate link. I am not selling a product but access to a new free review site. Can anyone tell me the correct and best way to do this? Any advice would be gratefully received.

    it is not that easy like 1,2 3. why not find some resources to learn about affiliate marketing unless you don't want to be here 1 year from now.
